At QTV Network, we believe privacy is a fundamental right, not a feature. This manifesto outlines our technical and ethical commitment to protecting your digital footprint.
The QTV Network, architected by Zigzex IT Services, operates under a "Zero-Retention" philosophy where possible. We recognize that our audience in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and globally deserves a broadcast experience that does not commodify their personal data for third-party gain.
Every byte of data we collect is explicitly declared. We do not engage in "shadow-tracking" or cross-domain user profiling.
Our monetization models are built on premium content and authorized advertising, never on the sale of student or devotee data.
We classify data collection into three specific vectors to maintain operational efficiency while ensuring user anonymity.
We collect anonymous telemetry (IP region, device type, stream quality) to optimize our global CDN routing. This data is never linked to a specific individual.
When you utilize our "Secure Dispatch" or "Whistleblower Tip Line," we encrypt your input at the browser level before it reaches our editorial team.
We use essential cookies to remember your theme preferences (Light/Dark) and your region to serve the correct local news feeds.
To ensure the safety of students reporting campus issues and sources providing sensitive news tips, we employ a multi-layered security stack.
Every interaction between your browser and the QTV Network is secured via high-grade TLS encryption, preventing man-in-the-middle interceptions on public or university networks.
QTV utilizes world-class infrastructure partners (AWS, Google Cloud, WhatsApp) to deliver high-fidelity content. Each partner is strictly vetted for compliance with global data protection standards.
When you click a YouTube stream or a WhatsApp dispatch link, you are entering those respective ecosystems. We encourage you to review their specific privacy policies as they pertain to their individual platforms.
Regardless of your location, we honor the following digital rights for all users of the QTV Network:
Query your data
Permanent deletion
Opt-out anytime
We do not believe in hoarding data. Operational logs are purged every 90 days. Anonymous analytics are aggregated and stripped of PII (Personally Identifiable Information) immediately. Secure tips are retained only for the duration of the journalistic investigation before being moved to offline, encrypted cold storage.
